3.1 crownplay collects the following categories of personal data from Members and prospective Members:

SECTION 9
Data Retention

9.1 crownplay retains your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements.

9.2 As a general rule, crownplay retains Member account data for a minimum of five (5) years following the closure of your account, in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR-compliant record-keeping requirements. Financial transaction records may be retained for longer periods where required by applicable law.

9.3 Usage data and analytics data that has been fully anonymized (such that it can no longer be linked to an identifiable individual) may be retained indefinitely for statistical and platform improvement purposes.

9.4 Where crownplay processes your personal data on the basis of your consent (for example, for marketing communications), we will retain such data until you withdraw your consent or request deletion, subject to any overriding legal retention obligations.

9.5 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, crownplay will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures.

SECTION 12
Children's Privacy

12.1 The crownplay platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. crownplay does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If crownplay becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21, it will take immediate steps to delete such data and close the associated account.

12.2 If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered on the crownplay platform or provided personal data to crownplay without your consent, please contact us immediately at the email address in Section 14 so that we can take appropriate action.
