crownplay operates under PAGCOR-compliant regulations and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By using crownplay, you submit to Philippine jurisdiction for any disputes.
Each individual may hold only one crownplay account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. Attempting to abuse bonus systems will result in cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crownplay login credentials. crownplay will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account details.
crownplay reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "You") and crownplay ("crownplay," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the crownplay platform at crownplay.asia, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the crownplay platform.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By accessing the crownplay Platform, clicking "I Agree," completing the registration process, or placing any Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 crownplay reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, crownplay will notify Members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2.3 If you do not agree to any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
2.4 These Terms are available in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the crownplay Platform. This requirement is mandatory under Philippine gaming regulations. crownplay strictly prohibits access by minors and will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling.
3.2 Jurisdiction. The crownplay Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. crownplay makes no representation that the Platform is available or appropriate for use in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
3.3 Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.
3.4 Exclusions. The following individuals are not eligible to register or use the Platform:
3.5 crownplay reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or closure of your Account.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) crownplay Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your crownplay login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. crownplay will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.4 Notification of Breach. You must notify crownplay immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization or that your login credentials have been compromised.
4.5 Account Verification (KYC). crownplay is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. crownplay reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
4.6 Non-Transferability. Your crownplay Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an Account will result in immediate termination.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. crownplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. Available payment methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum deposit limits for specific payment methods are displayed on the Deposit page within your Account dashboard.
5.3 Currency. All transactions on the crownplay Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). crownplay does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Verified accounts may expect GCash and PayMaya withdrawals to be processed within ten (10) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. crownplay reserves the right to extend processing times for security review purposes.
5.5 Withdrawal to Source. crownplay applies a return-to-source policy where practicable. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. crownplay is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. crownplay reserves the right to delay, withhold, or refuse any withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the funds are the proceeds of unlawful activity. crownplay may report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
5.7 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. crownplay reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, as notified to Members from time to time.
6.1 crownplay may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to Members from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, validity periods, and game restrictions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. crownplay reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where crownplay reasonably determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations.
6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in a Member's Account at any given time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted by the applicable promotion terms.
6.5 crownplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such modification will not affect bonuses already credited to a Member's Account prior to the change.
7.1 Placement of Bets. All Bets placed on the crownplay Platform are final once confirmed. Members are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all Bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming a Bet. crownplay will not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed Bet except where expressly permitted under these Terms or applicable game rules.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all Bets and vary by game, market, and event. These limits are displayed on the relevant game or betting market page and are subject to change at crownplay's discretion.
7.3 Void Bets. crownplay reserves the right to void any Bet where: (a) the Bet was placed on an event that has been cancelled or abandoned; (b) the odds or game outcome was affected by a technical error; (c) the Bet was placed in violation of these Terms; or (d) there is evidence of match-fixing or manipulation of the relevant event.
7.4 Palpable Errors. In the event of a manifest error in the display of odds, game outcomes, or any other information on the Platform, crownplay reserves the right to void affected Bets and refund stakes to the Member's Wallet. crownplay's decision in such matters is final.
7.5 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets, including PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, and other events, are subject to the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific sports betting rules, the specific rules shall prevail in relation to the relevant market.
7.6 Live Betting. Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. crownplay cannot guarantee that odds displayed at the time a Bet is initiated will be the same as those at the time the Bet is confirmed. If odds change materially between initiation and confirmation, crownplay may offer the Member the option to accept the new odds or cancel the Bet.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the crownplay Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:
9.1 All content on the crownplay Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of crownplay or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: (a) reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; (b) modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; (c) use any crownplay trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent.
9.3 Any unauthorized use of crownplay's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, crownplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 crownplay does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. crownplay will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
10.3 crownplay's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your crownplay Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude crownplay's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 crownplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. crownplay provides a range of tools to help Members manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between one (1) week and five (5) years by contacting crownplay support. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's Account will be suspended and no Bets may be placed.
11.3 Age Verification. crownplay strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will take all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling, including requesting identity documents where age cannot be confirmed.

12.1 Termination by Member. You may request closure of your crownplay Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining Wallet balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.2 Termination by crownplay. crownplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) the Member has breached these Terms; (b) crownplay is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) crownplay reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; or (d) the Member has provided false information during registration or at any other time.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, crownplay reserves the right to forfeit any Wallet balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, where such forfeiture is permitted under applicable law.
12.4 Sections 8, 9, 10, and 13 of these Terms shall survive termination of your Account and continue to bind you.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to crownplay's internal dispute resolution process. Members must submit a written complaint to [email protected], and crownplay will endeavour to resolve the complaint within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through crownplay's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, crownplay reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
